Cabana Boy #105 and #106
The Cabana Hi Mrs. G,

Once upon I time I suggested Josh Holloway (aka Sawyer on LOST) as a cabana boy for the colony. I received a reply acknowledging his potential, but my comments about comforting myself on frequent flights to Australia with the idea that if the plane goes down I will end up stranded on the island with him (and don't come looking for me, thank you) coincided, most unfortunately, with the crash of Air France Flight 447.

No worries, timing is everything. There's always January when the show resumes. I'll be patient.

But in the meantime, after watching Elizabeth again as part of our homeschool studies...

I'd like to offer the super talented Joseph Fiennes...

he of the meltingly beautiful eyes (Shakespeare in Love is up next in our continuing study of Elizabethan England)...

and his likewise talented brother, Ralph, the only man I've ever seen who could make a psychotic Nazi (in Schindler's List ) or a psychotic homicidal maniac (in Red Dragon) or a psychotic wizard (Voldemort in the Harry Potter series), hot.

Just a thought.
Cheers,
Lynne of SCHOLA

Joseph Fiennes in Shakespeare in Love? Like buttah.
Might want to research Charlie Humman for your mancake list! He plays Jax Teller on the FX show "Sons of Anarchy" He is my current secret crush. Hubby just doesn't get it. JAX is a BABE! Be still my heart. 9:00 on Tuesday night is my weeky date with Jax. Tune in and see what you think.
Joseph has been my not-so-secret boyfriend for the longest time. Love, love, love him. Couldn't love him more.
It's cold and rainy today. Some Australian heat was just the ticket! :)
Ralph Fiennes playing Caesar onstage (small theater in Luxembourg City) - BRILLIANT.
Oh. my.
I will be staring at Joseph for the next two hours to see if I can cure some of this IUD pain...
He is fine. Fienne.....
Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
Start watching FlashForward right now for a nice little Joseph Fiennes fix. Thursdays 8pm. Set your DVR.
I saw Sawyer on this small little secluded beach in Hawaii shooting a magazine Ad for some cologne. He had all sorts of people attending to his every need. They had him positioned on this rock and they kept throwing bottles and bottles of water on him. Guess they were trying to acheive the wet look. They even set up a special tent for him down on the beach so that he could go inside and 'pump up his guns' between different shots. Seriously- that made me laugh so hard.
It was a small beach, and when he left he walked over to our group who had just happened to come out that beach that day to play guitars and just chill and sing on the beach and told us to 'keep on rockin'....:)
